	In order to qualify for prize reimbursement, a submitted entry must contain a minimum of sixty three (63) winners in the Men’s 2008 NCAA® Basketball Championship Tournament.
	The odds of being selected as an official contestant(s) are dependent upon the number of entries received.
	In order to be eligible for this contest, you must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the WKBN/WYFX viewing area, determined by either reception of the WKBN/WYFX broadcast signal at your residence, or the presence of the WKBN/WYFX channel on your local cable TV system. Employees and their families of WKBN/WYFX, any sponsor and all subsidiaries and their advertising and promotional partners and agents are not eligible.
	Only one entry per person allowed. Contestants found to have entered more than once, are automatically disqualified. Winners must show proof of ID and residence upon acceptance of prizes. If a winner is unable to provide proof of ID or residence, they are disqualified. In order to claim the prize, the winner must come in person to WKBN/WYFX at 3930 Sunset Blvd., Youngstown, Ohio 44512. Winners have two weeks to pick up their prize or it will be forfeited.
	The men's tournament begins on Thursday March 20th, 2008 and concludes on Monday April 7th, 2008.
	Teams will be entered into the brackets on the evening of Sunday, March 16th, 2008. You will be allowed to start making picks at this time. If you register prior to the brackets being announced, you will be notified by email.
	You will be allowed to make your selections until the first game starts on Thursday March 20th, 2008. All entries must be received by 11:00 AM (ET) on this day. At that time, the picks page will be disabled.
	Points for correct picks are as follows: (total points possible: 168).  Round 1 – 1 pt, Round 2 – 2 pts, Round 3 – 4 pts, Round 4 – 8 pts, Semi-Final – 12 pts, Championship – 16 pts.
	If needed, total score of the championship game will be used as the tie breaker. In this scenario, the person closest to the total score with out going over will be determined the winner. If there is still no winner, a drawing will be held.
	Scores and rankings will be posted at the end of each day of play.

	Winners will be notified by phone at the end of the men's tournament. Prizes are as follows:
	Grand Prize: 2008 Ford Mustang courtesy of Fred Martin Ford (Approximate Retail Value: $26,000) To be eligible to win the Grand Prize, one entrant must correctly guess at least 63 of the possible 64 matchups. In the event of a tie (more than one person choosing at least 63 of the possible 64 matchups) a drawing between the eligible qualifiers will be held to determine the Grand Prize winner. A maximum of one (1) grand prize will be awarded. If the one (1) available Grand Prize is won in accordance with these Rules, the contest will officially end at the time the Grand Prize is won. If no submitted entry contains a minimum of sixty three (63) winners in the Men’s 2008 NCAA® Basketball Championship Tournament, then no grand prize will be awarded. 	Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitutions will be made on any prize unless at the discretion of the sponsors who are WKBN/WYFX and any advertiser associated with this promotion. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.
	Prize winners are responsible for any taxes, tags and insurance costs incurred with this contest. All federal, state and local taxes may apply.
	Winners agree to waive and release any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they or their executors or estate may have against WKBN/WYFX, sponsors, the prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies arising out of or in connection with this giveaway and with acceptance and use of any prize received in the giveaway.
	Winners' names and likenesses may be used for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winners may be required to sign a waiver and affidavit of public release.
